Job Description

Our Client is looking for Jr Architect in their Tribeca Operation Office.

Some of the requirements:

  • Must have Bachelor of Architecture or Equivalent Degree
  • 3 years Minimum experience FT or as post-grad in New York Architectural Firm.
  • You must possess strong organizational skills and details-orientation, good detailing skills.
  • Also, proficiency in Revit is a must-have.
  • Sketch-up or modeling and rendering software.
  • Experience in Leica 360 experience
  • Have Building Code knowledge
  • Excellent Drawing and design skills

Other Responsibilities:

  • Site Survey
  • Drafting of existing building conditions
  • Design, space planning, and construction documentation
