Job Description
My Client is a Healthcare Tech Company that is looking for a Head of People/Talent to join their team.
You will work closely and reporting directly to VP & Chief of Staff.
Your Duties:
- Build Scalable hiring practices to attract, recruit, assess, and onboard brilliant talent.
- Development rewards framework to ensure the company retains and attract the best world talent
- Promote and create an employee environment that showcases and celebrates all employees
- Develop and Lead Programs that showcase diverse hiring initiatives that further company principles of equality, equity, and inclusion.
- Partner with the leadership team to define or redesign policy, benefits, system selection, and compensation strategies in line with budget, recruiting, and retention needs.
- Manage a team of 2 both recruiting and people operations functions
- You will be responsible for overseeing HR compliance, audits and governance
Your Experiences, Qualifications and Skills:
- 6+ years HR experience
- Bachelors degree related field
- Worked in High Growth Company
- Experience of Rapid Scale
- Experience mapping job specifications that match clear business desired outcomes
- Ability to build meaningful relationships
