Job Description
Our Client exists for the love of fashion and to be the global platform for luxury fashion, bringing together creators, curators, and customers.
The client’s London Office is located in Old Street. Considered London’s tech hub and is home to a broad range of teams including Commercial, Marketing, and Products. You can spot an open-plan space and outdoor terrace. Perfect place for events and lunch.
Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to Content Supervisor – Russia & CIS, you will sub-edit operational content and product information transcreated and localized by a team of writers. You’ll ensure Client’s copy is customer-centric and tailored across all channels, whilst protecting and maintaining the brand voice.
In addition You Will Do:
- Sub-Edit
- Proofread Operational Content such as transactional emails, UX copy, and partner training
- Asked to write content on an ad-hoc basis
- Work with main team of writers to maintain brand tone and guidelines
- Establish routine and standards to be followed and become the norm of reporting, feedback and other quality checks
Other attributes you must have:
- Proficient in writing Russian and must good grasp of fluency in English
- Adaptable writing skills and tone of voice
- Excellent attention to detail, impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Experience training others, best practices, thoughtful when giving feedback to writers
- Experience setting up processes and quality checklist
- Have good knowledge of luxury fashion e-commerce landscape in Russia & CIS
- Know competition and customers very well
- Comfortable with digital work on an in-house
